- (Letter from customer)…”When I discovered evidence of mice in my kitchen, I was horrified. When I called your office Kathleen was very calming and accommodating, and assured me that someone would call me back as soon as possible to  schedule service. And sure enough Jerry M called me back almost immediately and told me he would be at my house at 4pm, which he was. Jerry continued to come to my house morning and night for the next 2 days until the mouse was caught. He went above and beyond to help me and he was always on time!  He really seems to care about his customers and doing whatever he can to resolve the situation. It’s a pleasure and a comfort to know he will be taking care of my  house on a regular basis.
